- 5 solder paste printer, including a MY500 from Micronics
- Automated solder paste inspection
- Manual Assembly line equipment
- Lead-free wave soldering machine (ROHS complient)
- BGA assembly and rework station
- Automated optical inspection
- Testing tools provided by clients or custom made.
